I had a very very good experience here looking for a new car. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite the one I was looking for.
However, the saleslady that helped me was the sweetest most genuinely kind soul I have met in a long time. I was there quite a long time just bc we hit it off & had a lovely conversation.
"Thank you again for your time! It was lovely meeting you! I really enjoyed our conversation! And yes, you def have some beautiful luxury cars!" XOXO
Highly recommend.Helpful 9Thanks 1Love this 7Oh no 0 - jackson b.Grapevine, TX022Aug 29, 2023
Pretty Disappointing event here. Went through the buying process for a BMW M2 with Tommy, and Gabe Deleon (who is the sales manager) Asked to confirm that there was a second key for my car ($600-$700 for the car).
Gabe left the room to "Go check in the back" and "confirmed" there was a second key, and that it would be sent with the License plate. Turns out Gabe actually lied to our face and when my License plate came in without a key, tried to call and get in touch with both Tommy and Gabe about it. Only to be answered with "They are in meetings and will call you back".
So after Dodging me for 5-6 days (I live outside of Austin now and couldn't show up), I finally get an answer from the manager of the keys (I forgot his name) confirming there was not a second key in stock and never was.
So after lying to our face to keep the sale smiles, both parties then dodged my calls and refused to talk to me about it. The integrity of the sales process here with both Gabe and Tommy was absent.
Keep my experience for reference when doing business here, and know lying to your face just to get the sale is definitely in the playbook here!Helpful 4Thanks 2Love this 0Oh no 1 - John C. P.Seattle, WA02Mar 22, 2024
Empty promises by Steve Salerno with what he referred to as "care package where you are entitled to a new spare key or any service including popped tire and more". After the purchase, Steve did his best to delay the follow up with so-called "entitled" new spare key (as my car came with one dying key fob). Lie after lie, saying that he will call a dealership near me or that I will get an email when he has money available for those things next month and ongoing lies. Texted for weeks and no follow through. He lacked integrity, and quite honestly, lacked maturity as an older individual. Dishonest sales person.
At one point in the weeks of text/phone exchange, Steve Salerno had the cowardice audacity to say "you should thank me for giving you such a good deal with your car". Trying to put the guilt on a paid customer rather than to be transparent and provide proper customer service.
Ended up purchasing a new key fob (in the hundreds) on my own. Texted Steve Salerno for the last time stating his own words of "care package... entitled replacement key" and asked him to be more honest with himself. Poor business practice.
Ended up refinancing locally and getting a better deal than what I got with Steve Salerno (principal owner as he claimed). Will not deal again with this low value dealership.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - R B.SoMa, San Francisco, CA04Jan 17, 2024
After I received the vehicle at my house, I immediately reported the below issues to Ray who was my salesman and he did fight for me, or at least that is what he said. Steve the manager called me names and then hung up on me though, SO PROFESSIONAL!
PROBLEMS: (182 point inspection is completely FALSE / a lie):
1.) Leaking oil pan.
2.) Rear sunroof glass panel cracked/shattered after I received the vehicle within 5 minutes.
3.) Front tires are severely feathered, therefore the alignment is shot.
4.) Dent in the rear bumper.
5.) Telescoping side view mirrors never worked.
6.) Oil was never changed and is smoked.
I am sure I am missing more, but hopefully you get the picture! Thank God I am a car guy or these things would have cost me thousands of dollars! They are a typical greasy used cars sales lot and tried to blame me for not purchasing a warranty...REDICULOUS...SO DOES THAT MEAN ALL THERE CARS ARE EXPECTED TO COME WITH THESE ISSUES...NO!!! 100% Unethical and unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jon D.Plano, TX11514Dec 23, 2023
Stay away. Zero integrity, customer service or truthfulness. Bought a Mercedes SUV only to learn on day 2 the engine was cracked and completely blown. The cars look good on outside but these guys are scammers. Now going through legal remedies for resolution as they never followed up or offered any explanation or help. Don't. Buy. Here.

I would not buy from Hi line motors ! they are liars and cheats! they promise you everything will be fixed on your car that is wrong with vehicle you are buying. But once you sign the contract they will not make any repairs! They tell you they will but just keep putting the work off. They even told me they would fill my car up with gas but never did they said I didn't get it in writing. There was several other things they said don't worry they will fix but never did. Steve and gabe are liars and should not be for there word!

I bought a 2016 Land Rover LR4 in late August 2023.
This dealership is an absolute disgrace, and their actions border on fraudulent. The car they sold me was a mess, riddled with undisclosed mechanical problems that have cost me a small fortune in repairs. I was lied to by Tommy the salesman that no longer works there, and I quote "because of reasons like this, I no longer work there". I contacted the dealership on multiple occasions with no answer of course. It's evident that they have no ethics or concern for their customers' well-being. If you have any regard for your hard-earned money and peace of mind, steer clear of this establishment at all costs. Dealing with them has been a harrowing and infuriating ordeal that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemyHelpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jagmeet S.Trumbull, CT44740Feb 6, 2023
I recently had a terrible experience with HighLine Motors. I had a deal in place for a Mercedes E55, but after I had already sent out a wire transfer, the dealership backed out of the agreement.
The salesman, Steve, was very persistent about how he was getting hundreds of calls about the car, and then suddenly the dealership changed the price of the car. Despite this, Steve said he would honor the original price and I gave him my credit card to hold the car. Steve never took my deposit (This should have been my first red flag)
Monday morning within an hour of my bank opening I sent out the wire. Steve was texting me all morning, everything was going to the deal. I was then told the wire transfer would be sent back to me and the owner now wants to keep the car for himself. (This car is 23 years old with 184k miles on it)
Steve and the dealership have not been honest. Very pushy to get the deal done at first. Price of the car was changed while my deal was going on.
Once a wire transfer has been executed, it is considered a binding agreement and it is unprofessional to back out of the deal.
I advise caution when conducting business with this dealership due to the unfavorable experience I encountered. The dealings were not handled in a professional manner and I highly recommend seeking alternative options.Helpful 2Thanks 2Love this 0Oh no 0 - Bruce S.Denver, CO32715Jul 27, 2023
At first, not getting a response from this dealership, I gave them a One-Star rating. Later, their sales tep, Tommy, emailed me and apologized. Before I could remove my rating, someone at HiLine responded by going back and reading all my reviews and personally attacking me!
DOES A REPUTABL DEALERSHIP BEHAVES THAT WAY?!
Please read other bad reviews about this dealership on BBB, Cars.com, Carfax, Yelp, DealerRate, etc., etc., and you'll see for yourself that the people in this dealership have major problems. This business is not accredited by BBB!
I will also file a complaint with the Texas authorities against HiLine Motors for making a personal attack against me.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chris S.Arlington, TX04Sep 18, 2022
If I could give these guys a -5 I would do it. Long story short they sold me a lemon and when I basically asked them to trade it back in, they offered me 40% of the value. I gave some details on my Google review but at the end of the day absolutely the example of taking advantage of a customer.
My best advice is stay far away from this dealership, while they have a great selection of high-end cars but there are plenty other places in Dallas to shop.Helpful 2Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0
